MostMotivatedFitness is more than just a brand, it is a way of life. it is the belief that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. It is the belief that through dedication , consistency and hard work you can attack all goals. Constant repetition is the path to progression. The goal is not to be perfect , but to progress as healthy individuals daily. That is the essence of Most Motivated Fitness. Influencing healthy habits , wellness, mental & physical fitness, and improvement in overall wellbeing.
Getting Started
What you can expect when getting started is an accountability partner , a coach , a motivator. Someone who is going to push you through your lows but also push and celebrate you through your highs as well. Perfection is unrealistic , all I ask for is commitment and effort. Together we will be able to accomplish all goals

March 1st, 2014 I started a journey that changed my life. After hurting my back and finding out I couldn't play football anymore I got depressed let my self go, all I did was eat in about 4 or 5 months I put on 50 pounds of fat. March 1st at my heaviest I was 315 pounds I looked my self in the mirror and decided to change my that day bended a thousand times but I never Broke. In a years time I lost over 105 pounds. I've been on this journey for more than 7 years now, and I truly believe this is my calling. God gave me a gift that allows me to will myself and persevere through any situation. I plan to use this gift to uplift and help those around me. I intend to tap into my full potential as well as help others realize the greatness. they have in them.

4 days a week $350 per month w meal plan
5 days a week $450 per month w meal plan
Virtual
2 days a week $125 per month w meal plan
3-5 days a week $200 per month w meal plan
Group Training (3) Days per week $175 / Monthly
Group Training (unlimited) days per week $275 / Monthly
Regular Meal Plan $45 (2 months)
Custom Meal Plan $50 (2 months changes weekly)
